God is good! We have already been is Greece for a week! God has been moving. We have been going out on the streets and talking with people, handing out flyers for our give away, and a few of us handed out flowers with notes. I have gotten the privilege to have really good conversations with people, connect with people, and start to build relationships with the locals.

Our Host's goal is to build a hub for ministry, and to deciple people. I hope to do that by building a community with the people living here, so that when we're not here they will still be connected to each other, and to Christ.

Thessaloniki is a very cool city. From small streets and close communities, to large squares and tourists from across the world, all with in a 15 minute walk. We are all in small apartments living life together, and working along side one another.

“Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”"

Matthew 9:37-38

We went to the beach the other day, and we got to swim in the Aegean sea! That was a lot of fun. I am currently on my way to Philippi to see where Paul did ministry!

Many people are orthodox here, but for many there is a disconnect between Jesus and their religion. Most people 30 years old and younger speak English, but most people older that that don't. Our ministry for right now is focused on the young people, but our hope is that none would perish. Our hope is to connect with locals who speak both English and Greek, and invite them into ministry with us.

Prayer requests:

- Pray that the hearts of the people would be open to the Gospel.

- Pray the we would be able to stand against the schemes of the Devil.

- Pray that we would be able to connect with the local community.

- Pray that we would be grounded in truth.

- Pray that God would raise up laborers of the harvest.
